This report provides an introduction to the Colombian flower industry, its exploitation of women, and the struggle of Colombian flower workers for justice, as well as what allies in the United States can do to support these workers. Its analysis is based on contributions, reports and testimonies from flower workers, trade unionists and activists, mainly in Colombia, and on a combination of independent research, public materials and company documents.
